Hotel Seven Legian is a proposed three-star hotel development located in the heart of Legian, Bali, one of the island’s most established beachfront tourism districts. The area is internationally known for its vibrant lifestyle, surfing culture, beach activities, restaurants, spas, retail shops, and dynamic nightlife, making it a highly attractive destination for practical and lifestyle-oriented travelers.
The hotel is designed with a total of 128 guest rooms, responding to the demand for efficient, comfortable, and well-located accommodation in the Legian area. As a practical urban beach hotel, the facilities are intentionally kept simple and essential, including a compact gym, a rooftop swimming pool, and an all-day dining restaurant to serve both in-house guests and casual visitors.
Surrounded by an abundance of lifestyle amenities within walking distance, Hotel Seven Legian does not rely on excessive in-house facilities. Instead, the project focuses on offering a comfortable, functional, and well-connected stay experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the energetic atmosphere of Legian.
Hotel Seven Legian is envisioned as a smart, efficient, and welcoming beach-area hotel, perfectly suited for surfers, young travelers, and lifestyle-driven tourists seeking comfort, convenience, and direct access to one of Bali’s most iconic coastal destinations.
The design of Hotel Seven Legian is defined by a dynamic play of massing that creates a bold and eye-catching architectural expression. The building façade is not treated as a decorative layer, but as an honest reflection of the structural articulation, where projecting and recessed planes form a rhythmic composition of light, shadow, and depth.
Strong horizontal frames, vertical screens, warm timber textures, and bold color accents work together to shape a modern, energetic identity that resonates with the vibrant character of Legian. The rooftop level is expressed as a social crown of the building, softened by cascading greenery and anchoring the hotel as a distinctive urban landmark within the beachside corrido
