The Adika Jaya Dewata Headquarters & Showroom is conceived as the new corporate and experiential hub for one of Bali’s most established multi-brand distributors of sanitary ware, porcelain tiles, granite products, and premium kitchen solutions. Founded in 1985, Adika Jaya Dewata has grown into a leading distribution company in Bali, supplying a wide range of projects—from private residences and housing developments to hotels, villas, and major commercial buildings. With decades of experience and extensive product knowledge, the company continues to serve both low-end and high-end markets, reflecting its commitment to versatility, quality, and customer satisfaction.
As the company expands its product lines and strengthens its role as a multi-agent distributor for brands such as TOTO and other high-quality porcelain and sanitary manufacturers, the new headquarters and showroom are envisioned to become a central platform for engagement, education, and brand representation. This integrated facility will accommodate corporate operations while showcasing curated product collections in an immersive, inspiring environment.
Design statement
The design adopts a modern contemporary architectural approach, expressing the company’s forward-looking vision while maintaining respect for local values and material traditions. A strong emphasis is placed on the use of local finishes combined with an industrial-inspired interior language, creating a balanced aesthetic that feels both current and grounded.
The showroom is designed as a dynamic and flexible display environment, allowing products to be exhibited with clarity and narrative flow. Raw textures, exposed structural elements, and clean geometry are paired with warm local materials to soften the industrial character, resulting in a space that is sophisticated yet approachable. This design strategy positions the showroom as a place where clients, architects, and contractors can explore materials, compare specifications, and envision their integration into real projects.
The corporate office component features open, collaborative workspaces infused with natural light and visual transparency. The interplay of glass partitions, textured surfaces, and modern furniture supports a productive and professional atmosphere aligned with the company’s values: Honesty, Excellence/Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.
