Project Description

As Padma Resort Ubud continues to strengthen its position as a leading high-end destination and a premier family-friendly resort in Ubud, the need for elevated recreational facilities has become a strategic priority. In line with this vision, the management is introducing a new, fully enhanced Kids Club—a dedicated space designed to enrich the experience of families traveling with children.

The Kids Club is conceived as a comprehensive and iconic facility, offering a curated environment where children can play, learn, and explore in a setting that reflects Padma’s signature blend of quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence. More than just an amenity, the new Kids Club is intended to become an integral part of the resort’s recreational ecosystem, complementing existing family-oriented facilities and enhancing the overall guest journey.

Designed with attention to detail and a strong focus on experience, the Kids Club aims to spark imagination while providing a safe, engaging, and visually memorable environment. Its presence reinforces Padma’s commitment to delivering outstanding amenities for the family market, ensuring that parents and children alike enjoy a truly fulfilling stay.

With this addition, Padma Resort Ubud further solidifies its status as a world-class resort—one that continues to evolve, innovate, and respond to the needs of today’s discerning luxury travelers and families.

Design Narrative

Embraced by a small forest at the edge of the resort, the new Kids Club is envisioned as a play-scape that grows out of the land itself—a place where architecture softens into terrain and children wander through a world shaped by nature and imagination.
The building nestles into the slope, its rooftop unfolding into a vibrant outdoor playground. Here, green mounds, winding paths, bridges, woven nets, and water play elements come together to form a multi-level landscape of adventure. From the ground it appears as though the earth has lifted slightly, revealing a joyful world above—alive with movement, curiosity, and play.

Inside, creative rooms and active zones connect seamlessly to the outdoors, allowing children to drift naturally between learning, exploring, climbing, and resting. The forms are organic, the structures playful—treehouse towers, curved edges, and elevated walkways that echo the forest canopy surrounding them.
This design turns the Kids Club into more than a facility;
it becomes a living extension of Ubud’s spirit, where nature, play, and architecture intertwine.

A place that feels iconic yet effortless, safe yet adventurous—crafted to deepen Padma’s role as a world-class family destination, and to give every child who enters it a small, magical world of their own.
